      Agility is 3PL (Third Party Logistics). We got an explanation of the login and exit process. In Agility company already using WMS (Warehouse Management System).
      Agility Company itself has partnerships with Automotive company that is Honda, in Agility company can assemble like diesel engine, and others.
      I visited PT Agility located in Bekasi. Agility International is a company that provides expedition services, transportation, warehousing and supply chain management for businesses, governments, international agencies, and aid agencies worldwide.
      Inside the warehouse there are many cardboard parent that serves to facilitate the storage or retrieval of goods, the size of the largest master carton in the warehouse is S20.
      After that done the process of picking or the process of preparation of goods in accordance with the order letter grouped in 1 carton. Goods to be taken must be items listed on the pick-up ticket. After selecting finished then done consul / route grouping of goods according to delivery route. After grouping in each shipping route, then QC (Quality Control) is checking the goods whether the goods in accordance with the order of the company or not, by scanning the barcode in the goods. The rest of the system will refuse if the scanned barcode does not match the company's order. After the Quality Control process is completed then the hand lading process is the process whereby each valet will be placed carton that will be ready dikirm accordance with the route and delivery schedule.
      Inbound process in agility warehouse is checking goods not manually but by using RF (Radio Frequency) which is connected directly to computer system in warehouse, after goods GR (Good Receiving) then goods are put into shelf according to placement which is arranged by WMS (Warehouse Management System). according to the delivery route. After delivery, POD (Proof of delivery) is proof of delivery of goods.
